belief and so self-satisfied and they can pretend that we don't remember. we remember because this is not news but they are talking about. the news is how we are not able to punish these people are basically calling out everybody for a sensible explanation of covid. going back three years ago we set this on a show, a novel virus in a lab that makes a novel virus. and that somehow is a conspiracy to point out a virus that is not natural appear so different and could be man-made and came from a lab but you can't say that but i will shut up a great example of how accusations of racism can suppress conversation. it happens every issue. so when you brought up the origins of covid had to be in china, then obviously asian folk. it was racist to say china or china virus and they would link it to asian people being

utilized including homeless people in california. somehow that was doomed to donald trump as if homeless people were watching "the five" and getting angry. so, the race card does is it can crush actual dialogue and theories based on the fact covid comes from somewhere else. you have to talk about it and investigate. if you think 9/11 lawsuits over 20 years, this will go on for a century. this is going to cast a long shadow of litigation. you are talking millions of people. 7 million died that we know of, judge, and how many people have died. think of learning loss and educators, businesses that were lost and not to mention on facebook you can lose your business if you posted something the lab leak is real you could be panned two years and if that is how you publicized yourself you would be out of luck. >> judge jeanine: the devastation of covid and how the

prevent these things from happening again. i'm excited and encouraged that congress is going to hold hearings on the ground. they will get a chance to hear from residents for more importantly norfolk southern and other huawei operators to figure out what they are doing in the near terms and something to prevent something like this happening again. and two what is that they do to allow operators of the trains? how much discretion to stop those trains when they hear and since those kinds of senses are alerted? finally come i don't know how much of this toxic tour we transport across the country today. i'm a belief in pipelines because of things like this, but we need to know what is the volume of this going across the nation today. how many communities are at risk of this? what can the president do? if i were a president i would issue an executive order calling for those transporting toxic material to uphold a
